+ PLUS KAVA & =EQUALS? 
Everyone Knows that the KAVA herb is an excellent relaxer and drinking this in the evening after a stressful day can take the “edge” off your nerves allowing you to unwine with friends or family. But now You can Really Go APE with this TASTY KAVA SMOOTHIE RECIPE featuring Better Living Ultra-Fine Kava Powder and of course an Chimps favorite food Banana(s):
Fill Blender 1/3 full of Crushed Ice
Add 1/2 Teaspoon KAVA Powder (or more if you really need to feel the kavalactones kick-in faster)
Cut 1 whole Banana up into three parts and Add
Add dash or two of Cinnamon powder
Add a couple of Tablespoons of Pure Honey (or use Stevia to taste)
Fill Blender to about 2/3 full using Favorite Milk (or like product)
Blend 2 to 3 Minutes on High Setting at Medium Speed or Until Smooth and Creamy
Try this Recipe ONLY IF YOU LIKE BANANAs because IT WILL MAKE YOU GO APE FOR KAVA TOO!!!

I like to Toss in some slices of PineApple as it Adds some more Tropical Taste Sensations Too!!!
